Q: Does the Hair Shed?
There will be minimum shedding over time. That's a honest answer. There has been more than 10 years of product testing, and the owner has NOT found any hair weft that has not shed. Competitors Tested. Hair that is sewn onto a weft will experience some loss, which is completely normal. Licensed professionals are the best for coloring your hair. Over processing, excessive use of heat, skimming on the conditioner, not incorporating regular washes, etc., will cause shedding also so make sure that you properly care for your extensions to ensure prolonged use.

Q: How many bundles should I buy?
Each bundle is between 3oz-3.5oz. What that means is, the number of bundles needed for a full hairstyle is can be based on the length you select. Here's a good rule of thumb:
14"-16" wefts - 2-3 bundles will be needed
18"-24" wefts - 3 or more bundles will be needed

Q: Can the hair be dyed?
Absolutely! However, we suggest that all color alterations including bleaching, dying and rinsing and regular maintenance (conditioning, co-wash, shampooing), be done by a licensed professional to prolong the use of the wefts.

Q: Should I seal my wefts?
Sealing your wefts is a option, however it is not required. Our quality control team and the owner makes a conscious effort to provide you with the best products available.

Q: Will I receive a tracking number after purchasing? How long does it take for me to receive my shipment?
Yes. Please allow 2-3 days for order processing. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You should allow between 3-7 business days for receiving your products.
